My philosophy on photography started with the quality and work ethic of my father Fred Spurlin.
Dad was a university and college photography professor who always encouraged me to pick up the camera. From the day I picked up that camera I was hooked.
I live to create images the naked eye cannot see. This means angles with a complement of lighting that fall together with movie scene likeness.
After 36 years of working the regular photography scene I am taking my photography to the road. What better that to travel our great nation in search of the perfect time, light and space image. Having just finished truck driving school I start my new quest for that image, today from Dallas Texas.
Take a look from time to time.
First official day as a truck driver.
